How do You Get There
From the Capital city of San José, Central Avenue turns into Ruta 2, (Interamericana Highway). Take this highway towards Cartago where you will soon be treated to a picturesque trip throgh the Cerro de la Muerte, the only place in Costa Rica where people wear Jackets. As you make your decent on highway 243 towards the coast, you will pass through San Isidro de El General. When you reach the coast, highway 34, you will make a left. Ballena Dreams is only a few minutes further on down the road from there.
Alternatively, you can take the new, toll road from the central Valley all the way to where highway 34, the coast highway begins in Barrio El Vivero. And, you can travel along the central coast for a breath taking view all the way down here. The roads are paved, and in excellent condition all the way to the property allowing you to feel refreshed upon your arrival.
